The taco so nice, we named it twice. Smoked pulled pork, cabbage, Cajun-style coleslaw sauce, Carolina BBQ sauce, green onion, flour tortilla. Gluten-free on corn tortillas. Dairy-free. Egg-free without coleslaw sauce and BBQ sauce. The story behind the name: When coming up with a taco worthy of the Carolinas, Kurt (Founder of Taco Buddha) and Liam (Head of Operations), both wanted to name it The Greenville. Only later in conversation did they realize they had different Greenvilles in mind. Kurt had Greenville, North Carolina and Liam had Greenville, South Carolina. Both wanted to feature the respective regional BBQ sauce, so they compromised, combined the sauces, and came up with the taco henceforth known as THE GREENVILLE-GREENVILLE.
